3. Valid MyKad required upon redemption
4. Re-scheduling must be done at least 3 days prior to reservation
5. For first time Malaysia customers only aged 18 above
6. Not valid with on-going promotion or discounts.
7. Vouchers are not refundable and non-exchangeable for other items, cash or other promotions.
8. All the treatments are not recommended for pregnant women.
9. Voucher is valid two months from purchase date.
